Oscar is the sibling to Bear, another one of three kittens deposited  in the Granville Oxford NC shelter “Drop Box” back in 2017, victims of  breeder neglect. He’s got a very big personality for his size and allows  nothing to get in his way. He’s spent his entire life with Bear and  although they are independent, they find comfort in knowing this is their home together.
