Jasper is one of the 5 senior 12- to 14- yr. old Ragdolls, to join us in 2022 from California. Their lifelong owner passed away, her daughter struggled for some time, to find a solution to keep this bonded feline family together. As luck and destiny has it, our non-profit’s partnership with Delta, enabled them to travel cross country from Los Angeles to the Head Butt Hotel in Myrtle Beach individually, with a dedicated team of stewardess volunteers as their flight nanny guardians in the cabins safely transporting and overseeing their care. A miracle in itself, but evidently, a fate that was destined to be, the alternative of euthanasia or abandonment on the streets of LA county, was simply unthinkable. Jasper is the son of Sugar, and father to Pumpkin. He’s the largest and only male of this Ragdoll family of five. He’s a super relaxed guy, always ready to cuddle, if not with Sugar, then with any human whose eye he catches. He’s already had his Wellness Exam since his arrival here, he has stage 4 dental disease and is in need of care as soon as we are able to financially support this intervention.
