Cooper joined the Head Butt Hotel back in 2014 after being surrendered by her elderly owner to the Bladen County NC shelter. One of our fiv+ residents, she’s been here ever since. She’s not one of the most sociable residents and can usually be found up in the cat walks or trees, independent, not very interested in the other cats either. She commonly takes off running as quickly as her paws can carry her, whenever anyone attempts to approach. So be it, as she chooses, the investment has been made for her dental care, and her live and let live mentality is honored.
