Smokey is one of the lucky cats to make it out of Associated Humane Society in Newark, NJ alive back in the day when few cats made it out alive, being even a higher-kill facility than they are today. He is one of four felines in our care, who has received multiple rabies vaccinations and we remain extremely vigilant with their care because of this. Smokey’s has his full mouth dental intervention behind him now. He can can usually be found out on the catio sunbathing.
